			<description>These stamps hve been released / produced by a company that clls itself USA-Postage. I wonder if the stamps have any face value and can actually be used as a normal postage and avaialble in postal outlets. Eg. We use a lot of franked ail. There is nothing stoping us to have any picutres on it as long as we have paid the post office its due. You can even have your own phot on it. Indians are really gullible!!  - Manji Kara</description>
